You can buy shoe online from SHOO, simply find the shoes you want by browsing the links below to the left, select the size and colour from the drop down list, and click on the “Add to Cart” button next to the shoe:
 

Now you can proceed to the order confirmation and payment screens by clicking on the Checkout button:
 

You can add as many items to the shopping cart as you like. When you are ready to checkout, click on the “View cart” link at the top of the page.

Prices

All prices quoted are in pound sterling. All prices exclude any delivery charges applicable.
 

You will be charged in pounds sterling and your credit/debit company will charge you in your currency as appropriate.
 

All transactions will be deemed to have occurred within the United Kingdom and any local taxes due are the responsibility of the customer.

Mail Order Returns Policy

SHOO is committed to providing you with total satisfaction. All items purchased from SHOO can be returned within 14 days of purchase, in their original, unused and undamaged condition together with labels still attached and/or in the original packaging where appropriate, together with the Receipt and Returns note, will be accepted for full credit, exchange or refund as you choose.

We regret that SHOO cannot accept responsibility for misdirected or lost returns. We strongly advise you for your own protection to return goods by first class registered post.

Faulty Goods

All items are thoroughly inspected prior to dispatch. If a fault occurs within 30 days of purchase (excluding normal wear and tear) you may return the item to us, together with receipt and returns note and will be exchanged at the manager's discretion. Items found to be damaged as a result of customer abuse cannot be replaced or refunded. Please contact us to discuss the defect.
